Look What I found This Morning!

This is going to be a short post. I have a job interview this afternoon and I am asking that you send out good thoughts about this. I have been out of work since July and this would be a perfect time to start work again, don't you agree?

I took a look at a patch of clover in our yard (I swear it wasn't there yesterday!) and look what I found! I am taking it as a sign. This is NOT an April Fool's Joke.

UPDATE! ~~~~~~~
I got the job and will be commuting to the Fort Worth Stockyards to work for The Brazos Collection, a bead wholesaler. (OMG!!) If you purchase online, please let them know I sent you.

Go {HERE} to enter the Pass It On Challenge to win the Bindweed Beetle Bracelet when I publish my 100th post (This is #96)

Thank You! 4,000

While you have been waiting for my 100th post (this is #90) for the PASS IT ON challenge, my 4,000 (four-thousandth!!!)visitor sneaked up on me! Thank you one and all.

As I write this I am awaiting a "call-back" for a possible bead-related job that has fallen out of the sky. Keep your fingers crossed!

Waiting . . .

A week ago I had the best job interview I have ever experienced. (EVER!) It was amazing!

I was told I would hear something Friday (2/12), but it started to snow in the wee hours of Thursday morning and did not stop until late in the evening. We had a record snowfall -- it was 8" in my front yard. In North Texas, we are not afraid to drive on the snow and ice but we ARE afraid of the other drivers, so everything shuts down.

The hiring institution was closed Thursday and Friday and Monday was a holiday. I still have not heard and so I wait. Everytime the phone rings, my heart leaps.

Waiting is very hard to do. I will let you know how it turns out.
